When should you be eating MGP products on the course?
We get this question a lot!!
Everybody is different BUT when we speak to our Tour Ambassadors they all do the same thing.... 2 hydration drinks split between both 9s and then at least 2 bars some times 3 depending on how hungry they are.... when you are hungry you can't concentrate as well which can lead to some silly shots!
Also least forgetting our world famous protein shakes are usually consumed for breakfast or after the round to help with recovery!!!
